Terms of Service
These beta terms explain the ground rules for using VaultStore while the marketplace is still invite-only.
Last updated: May 8, 2026. These beta pages are operational product terms, not a substitute for advice from your counsel.
Beta status
VaultStore is currently a private beta product. Features can change, fail, or be removed while we harden the marketplace. Please do not rely on beta data as financial, tax, legal, grading, or investment advice.
By using VaultStore during beta, you agree to help us identify issues and accept that some workflows may require manual support.
Marketplace role
VaultStore provides software for collectors to manage portfolios, publish storefronts, and buy or sell collectibles. Sellers, not VaultStore, are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment, and item condition unless a written VaultStore policy says otherwise.
VaultStore does not provide grading services. Any references to PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, or other grading companies are for cataloging and marketplace context only.
Payments and fees
Marketplace payments run through Stripe Connect. VaultStore's platform fee is 0% unless we announce a future pricing change and obtain any required user agreement.
Payment processors, shipping providers, card networks, and third-party services may charge their own fees. Those third-party fees are not VaultStore platform fees.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, entering accurate portfolio and listing data, and complying with applicable laws when buying or selling collectibles.
Do not upload illegal, misleading, infringing, or abusive content. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, invite gates, RLS protections, Stripe Connect requirements, or other safety controls.
Limitations
VaultStore is provided during beta on an as-is and as-available basis. We are working hard to make the product reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free pricing, catalog, image, or AI-generated data.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VaultStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from beta use.
