VaultStore

Buyer and seller flow

How It Works

A short map of how VaultStore moves from portfolio truth to listings, orders, and trust.

Last updated: May 8, 2026. These beta pages are operational product terms, not a substitute for advice from your counsel.

1. Start with your portfolio

Collectors import or add cards and sealed products into a portfolio. The portfolio is the truth layer: item identity, variant, grade, cost basis, market price, and ownership history.

2. List from real inventory

Sellers publish listings from portfolio lots. Listings reserve quantity so the same card cannot be oversold without an auditable inventory event.

3. Buyers pay through Stripe

Checkout uses Stripe Connect destination charges. VaultStore keeps the platform fee at 0%; payment processor fees and seller plan costs are separate.

4. Orders and trust compound

Order events, shipping events, refunds, disputes, reviews, trust events, and pricing observations write to ledgers. Those ledgers make the marketplace more reliable over time.

5. Beta support

During private beta, some recovery flows are manual. If a listing, payment, shipment, or import looks wrong, contact support@vaultstore.gg with the account email and relevant item or order id.
