Beta privacy notice

Privacy Policy

A plain-English summary of what VaultStore collects, why we collect it, and which processors help run the beta.

Last updated: May 8, 2026. These beta pages are operational product terms, not a substitute for advice from your counsel.

Information we collect

We collect account information, authentication data, portfolio imports, listings, orders, support messages, store settings, usage events, and technical logs needed to run VaultStore.

If you use AI-assisted features, we may process related card images, listing text, pricing observations, and interaction context to return structured results and improve product reliability.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, operate portfolios and stores, process payments, support shipping and refunds, detect abuse, improve search and pricing, and debug production issues.

VaultStore's data model is designed around append-only ledgers so marketplace events remain auditable over time.

Processors

VaultStore uses trusted processors including Supabase for database and auth, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudinary for media, EasyPost for shipping, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for AI-assisted workflows.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with processors when needed to provide the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect users.

Your choices

You can request export, correction, or deletion help by contacting support@vaultstore.gg. Some ledger rows may need to be retained for fraud prevention, tax, dispute, payment, or legal reasons.

Email preferences can be managed through your VaultStore notification settings when signed in.

Security

VaultStore uses Supabase row-level security, scoped API access, Stripe-hosted payment flows, and structured audit logs. No system is perfect, but security defaults are part of the product architecture.
