Marketplace beta refunds

Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for beta subscriptions, marketplace orders, and disputes.

Marketplace orders

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items, shipping promptly, and resolving buyer issues in good faith. Buyers should report order problems through VaultStore support as soon as possible.

When a marketplace refund is approved, VaultStore will use Stripe refund and reverse-transfer tools where available so money movement stays auditable.

Beta limitations

VaultStore is still in beta. Some dispute, refund, and shipping recovery flows may require manual operator review while we finish automated tooling.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We review item condition, listing accuracy, tracking, communication, payment status, and any evidence provided.

Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations stop future renewals. Refunds for subscription charges are discretionary during beta and should be requested through support@vaultstore.gg.

Payment processor rules

Stripe, card networks, banks, and other processors may apply their own timelines, fees, reversals, or dispute procedures. VaultStore cannot override processor or bank rules.
